Cancellation & Refunds: Offline Courses

Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of any Offline Course. A 100% refund (after deducting GST & Payment gateway charges) will be paid to the candidate if he/she has not attended more than 7 days of class. No Refund request will be entertained after 8 days of purchase.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Classes (Live Classes / Mock Tests)

 

CLAT FOCUS Tutorials reserves all rights to discontinue, or modify any batch or Mock Tests Courses under some reasonable and unavoidable circumstance.

1. In case CLAT FOCUS Tutorials cancel an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the Candidates. However, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.

2. Suppose a cancellation is done by a candidate 2 days (or more) prior to the event (before batch start). In that case, 50% of the total paid fee (Additionally, GST and Payment gateway charges) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate.

3. If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 2 days of course purchase (after batch start), a 100% cashback will be paid (after deducting GST & Payment gateway charges) if the candidate has not watched more than 2 classes/videos. If a candidate has watched more than 2 classes, there won’t be any refund.

 

No refund will be provided for the delay in the batch start.

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7working days post intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the refund request is approved by CLAT FOCUS Tutorials.
